Dinah's Korner Terms of Service, effective October ninth, twenty twenty-five. This Agreement governs your access to and use of dinahskorner.com, operated by Dinah's Korner LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cotrell Corporation, an Arizona-incorporated business entity. Acceptance constitutes binding assent. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. (1) Site content-text, images, logos-are proprietary, protected under U.S. and international copyright; unauthorized use triggers injunction and damages. (2) Orders non-refundable unless defective-return within 30 days, original condition, for exchange only, freight prepaid. (3) Payment via authorized processors; disputes revert to issuer policy. (4) Shipping-US free over fifty dollars, otherwise ten dollars; international fifteen dollars, customs borne by buyer, no guarantees on delivery. (5) Limitation of liability-neither we, our affiliates, nor Cotrell Corporation liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, aggregate cap equals purchase price. (6) Governing law-Arizona, exclusive jurisdiction Maricopa County Superior Court. (7) Privacy-we collect personal data per policy, GDPR-compliant for EU residents, opt-out anytime. (8) Website usage-no reverse engineering, scraping, or linking without consent; violate and we shut you down. (9) Force majeure-delays excused for war, strikes, disasters.
